Cancellation Policy
We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel your appointment. This allows us to make the time slot available for other clients. We understand that unexpected events can arise, but cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $100 fee for every 30 minutes booked. No-shows will also be charged a $100 fee per 30 minutes of the appointment and will be required to prepay $100 towards future services or treatments. This policy helps us manage our schedule efficiently and provide the best service to all our clients.
By booking an appointment with Skin Bar Austin, you agree to our cancellation/no-show policy, and the card on file will be charged accordingly.
Late Arrivals
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may prevent us from providing the full service. In such cases, we may offer a shorter service or the option to reschedule with a prepayment of the service. We strive to stay on schedule to respect the time of all our clients.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our time and that of other clients. Late cancellation and no-show fees are non-refundable and compensate our providers for their dedicated time.
Return Policy
We do not offer refunds on services and treatments rendered. For retail products, unopened items may be returned within 7 days of purchase for a gift card or credit to your Skin Bar Austin account. Opened products that cause an allergic reaction may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase, with a gift card provided in lieu of a cash or credit refund. Defective products can be exchanged within 14 days for the same product only. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
